- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- 1 egg
- 2 pieces bacon
- Heat leftover stuffing in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook the bacon in a pan.
- In a small skillet, fry the egg to desired doneness.
- Put stuffing in a bowl and layer with the fried egg. Have bacon on the side or layer on top of egg.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
